Our Mission

• Supported by industry mentors and volunteer Gen Z interns, we will build community connections and social Intelligence in our young people while providing work experience in a professional environment.

• As Australia’s first Performance only accessible space we will deliver a Gala style night, showcasing a mix of music, dance, theatre and art at our Inner Sydney venue. Taking place Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings from 7pm till 9pm. Art showcase is curated monthly.

• Operated by GEN-Z for GEN-Z and supported by Industry professionals, young people will have the opportunity to Direct and Produce the showcase through our INTERNSHIP opportunities.

While the sporting community train during the week and have constant opportunities to display and hone their learnt skills at weekly fixtures, the Performing Arts have generally only annual performances. By advancing culture and the health of young people, GenZ-Arts-Alive Inc. Performing and Art Space will showcase Art and offer performance opportunities on a weekly basis, making it accessible for all members of the Gen-Z age group (11-26 years) to create and perform live for their community. A Not-for-Profit organisation that aims to provide a safe space to nurture, rehearse and produce members of a 21st century Artistic community which develops life skills, enhances personal growth, increases inclusion while building resilience and wellbeing. A supportive stepping stone in building professional skills with an intern program and furthering skills for a career working across all Industries.

There is a football oval, netball court, swimming pool, in almost every community where young people can freely access a space to thrive. There has NEVER been that place or space for the Arts. Gen-Z are a generation of action and have created the GEN-Z-ARTS-ALIVE concept. They believe It’s TIME for the ARTS to re-shape our community.

He suggests it’s time we as a Country change our perception of the Performing and Fine Arts, as having the same cultural significance in our communities as our beloved sport. They deserve equal opportunity to thrive and feel valued in our Country. Current Research suggests these young Artists will contribute to 21st Century professionals that can create, connect, inspire and challenge us while moving into the next century. Therefore GenZ-Arts-Alive Inc is a vital entity that directly aims to fill this gap. We aim to create social change at the grass roots level of the value of Arts in our Community. Generation Z ages 11-26 are 21st Century learners who want to challenge and create a new way of thinking, because it’s time for change and it’s time for the Arts!
